Beaches: Gordon, Frishman, and Hilton Beach are the best local beaches, all within walking distance with sun-loungers/ parasols for hire.
There are SUP boards, windsurf, and surfboards for hire directly in front of you on the beach.
Supermarket: nearest supermarket is located on Ben Yehuda / Ben Gurion corner; a larger supermarket (AM: PM) is on Ben Yehuda/Frishman.
Restaurants: lots of new restaurants are opening all the time. On Dizengoff you will find many nice restaurants/ cafes including Popular, George & John, Shi’a. Café Puya, Animar, Habasta. Port Sa’id and Abraxas off Rothschild are also excellent.
Jaffa Port area is lovely for a stroll around and a (quite long) walk back along the beach. The Old Man & the Sea is a great restaurant; Kalamata is also a lovely restaurant. Some great houmus bars and bakeries are around there, including the famous Abu Hamza.
Manta Ray, on the beachfront, has excellent views and La La Land on the beach is excellent for lunch to escape the sun.
Florentine and Neve Tsedek areas are both lovely, with boutique restaurants, shops, and bars. Rabin Square has excellent bars and restaurants also.
Lots of relaxed bars along Ben Yehuda street; Sputnik and Drama in the Rothschild area. Bustan is often frequented by Gal Gadot. The
The Lighthouse area has many bars and clubs also. An award-winning the bar is located inside the run-down looking Imperial Hotel on
Hayarkon but does fantastic cocktails and tapas. Bell boy and The library bar at the Norman Hotel are also worth a cocktail.
1. Events and parties are not to be held in the building.
2. You are not to host in the apartment you have rented more than 12 people.
3. Music may not be played using an amplification system at a volume greater
than the level of decibels permitted by law and it is forbidden to play music
after 23:00 all year round.
4. The parking spaces in the building are marked and it is permitted to park only
in the parking spaces belonging to the apartment you have rented.
5. It is forbidden to smoke in the public areas of the building (lobby, elevator, parking lot etc.). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that smoking is allowed only in the apartment.
6. Laundry is not to be hung on the balconies’ tracking.
7. The common areas, and particularly the elevator, are to be kept clean.
8. For your information, the building is networked with security cameras in order
to preserve your safety and the integrity of the common property.
9. It is strictly forbidden to use any kind of flammable materials including the use of charcoal barbecue.
10. Care must be taken to close the front doors; you are not to leave the doors open and/or tamper with the locking mechanism in order to keep the entrance doors open.
